35% deposit is required to secure the booking.
Full payment is due at check-in.
• Deposit Refund Policy:
Deposit is refundable if cancelled 60 days or more before arrival.
Non-refundable if cancelled 59 days or less before arrival.
• Check-In & Check-Out:
Check-in: 15:30 hrs
Check-out: 10:30 hrs
Check-out is completed only after inspection of the property’s general condition.
• Pets:
Small pets are allowed, but must be confirmed at the time of booking.
Extra charges may apply for cleaning or damages.
• Damage Deposit:
No deposit required at check-in.

We had a fantastic stay at Emerald Apartments! The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable for our family. The location is perfect — right in the center of Nikiti, with the beach, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Everything we needed was there, and the host was very helpful and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.
