35% deposit is required to secure the booking.
Full payment is due at check-in.
• Deposit Refund Policy:
Deposit is refundable if cancelled 60 days or more before arrival.
Non-refundable if cancelled 59 days or less before arrival.
• Check-In & Check-Out:
Check-in: 15:30 hrs
Check-out: 10:30 hrs
Check-out is completed only after inspection of the property’s general condition.
• Pets:
Small pets are allowed, but must be confirmed at the time of booking.

• Damage Deposit:
No deposit required at check-in.

We have spent a great week at this villa! The location is close to the beach, by car, close to the supermarket and coffee shop. We really enjoyed the quite location after spending the days at the beach! The pool was a great addition, as we enjoyed relaxing days without rushing to the beach! Victoria is great, she is very friendly and really did not bother us at all! The only thing I missed was a proper coffee machine, as it was a bit hard to drive each day to the coffee shop in the morning. -
Awesome stay at this beautiful villa! Everything was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The private pool was fantastic, and the peaceful location made our holiday truly relaxing. Our host was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed every moment and would definitely come back! 10/10
