35% deposit is required to secure the booking.
Full payment is due at check-in.
• Deposit Refund Policy:
Deposit is refundable if cancelled 60 days or more before arrival.
Non-refundable if cancelled 59 days or less before arrival.
• Check-In & Check-Out:
Check-in: 15:30 hrs
Check-out: 10:30 hrs
Check-out is completed only after inspection of the property’s general condition.
• Pets:
Small pets are allowed, but must be confirmed at the time of booking.
Extra charges may apply for cleaning or damages.
• Damage Deposit:
No deposit required at check-in.

We stayed this year two times. August (mid of season) and end of September. Excellent house in a quite area, well equipped, 2 separte bedrooms, 2 separate bathroom, very well equipped kitchen with high standard. Once can enjoy breakfast outside in direction east (sunrise) on terrace, evening dinner in direction west (sunset) with view to the olympus mountain. We had perfect holidays. We will come back definitively
