35% deposit is required to secure the booking.
Full payment is due at check-in.
• Deposit Refund Policy:
Deposit is refundable if cancelled 60 days or more before arrival.
Non-refundable if cancelled 59 days or less before arrival.
• Check-In & Check-Out:
Check-in: 15:30 hrs
Check-out: 10:30 hrs
Check-out is completed only after inspection of the property’s general condition.
• Pets:
Small pets are allowed, but must be confirmed at the time of booking.

Very nice apartment in a new build complex Everything was clean and very comfortable. One minus that there were no available days as we wanted to continue our staying there. For sure we will come back there again. Thank Georgius for everything. -
It's the second time I visit Halkidiki, my experience this year is the best. I wish I could by an apartment like this...
